Saw a few peculiar signs around the Coast this weekend and wanted to share.

Selling points

The first is a marketing idea that hasn't quite caught on: telling the public that

 one

 of the main draws of your restaurant is that it features tables and chairs. Wow! Now, if that's your biggest selling point, that and the fact that you've bumped the thermostat, you might want to reconsider your offerings, or at least your marketing strategy.

Authorized representative

This sign was spotted in Long Beach. I'm not sure if this means the husband was henpecked and is now empowered to fully participate in the sale of a structure he lives in or what. Up to you to figure out.
